Antique Seychour rug. They are easily recognisable often due to their border design which is know as the 'Running dog' which we can see here in the ivory border. The three medallion design is also consistent with rugs from this region. Woven around 1890-1900 in is in good condition with both original ends and sides intact. There is some old restoration to the main field in places, but it has been done well.
