An elegant set of twelve Regency dining chairs with original ebonised and gilt decoration; the dining chair's ring turned top rail above a caned back and a caned seat with the seat rail decorated with gilded coin mouldings. The dining chair is raised on elegantly swept rear legs and ring turned legs to the front.
This set of twelve dining chairs are a rare survivor from the Regency period and their ebonised and gilded decoration is original.
