A set of thirty nine Victorian silver-gilt dessert plates with rocaille and leafy scrolled cast rims, each embellished with an Earl’s coronet. The coronet is for Robert Grosvenor, 1st Marquess of Westminster, (1767-1845), ARV.
23.5cm., 9 1/4 in. diameter, 598oz, 18617gms, hallmarked London 1899, maker Catchpole & Williams.
