Set of Six Trafalgar Backed Oxfordshire Windsor Chairs.
Concave top rails over a pair of rails which each support four turned bobbins to elm saddle seats above turned legs united by stretchers of H form.
The chairs, mostly made of well figured elm, have fine, original colour and patination with naive charm.
English, Oxfordshire, circa 1830 - 1850.
