The woolie depicts a central panel in the form of a life preserver with a starboard view of a ship under sail with three large flags to each side.
On the left a Union Jack, a Danish flag and a Red Ensign in the foreground. To the other side a Union Jack, French flag and a White Ensign with a crown above.
The whole surmounted by a crown on a green ground with theatrical curtains at the border and laurel leaves below. Framed in a maple frame.
