Late Georgian Beech Pedestal Salt.
An interesting well turned and attractive late Georgian stained beech circular salt, having an interior with concentric ring turnings and a slightly flared rim. The bowl is raised on a bladed knop stem, seated on a channel moulded and rounded base above a vertical foot. The whole has a rich colour and good patination.
