19th Century Mahogany Money Box.
A rectangular money box, consisting of a pine carcass veneered in flame mahogany with apertures for notes and coins. The interior is divided into three compartments and can be accessed by removing a sliding section to the base. The whole is raised on four squat bun feet and has an excellent rich colour. It has been re-polished at a later date.
