A most useful Victorian Period herb chopper, having a well turned beech handle above a steel half moon blade, stamped Josh Tyzack & Son, Sheffield, a well regarded firm and family working as toolmakers and cutlers in Sheffield in the 18th and 19th centuries, with an extensive documented history.
