A pair of Victorian tin wall mounted candle sconces, having pierced repousse back plates each with a hole for hanging and hooded shell shaped tops, that are above a D shaped pan with a candle holder behind the surrounding gallery. When in use the tin would be highly polished and therefore would reflect the light more satisfactory. Tin items for light and kitchen use would easily rust when not in use and often disguarded, therefore it is unusual to find these in such good condition.
