An extremely interesting fruitwood gingerbread or biscuit mould, depicting a scene of a lady in a dress with a hat and feathers standing behind her bicycle. It is all carved in a recessed circle with decorative borders, which is inset within a substantial fruitwood surround. The back is illegibly inscribed above the word Amsterdam. The whole has a good colour and retains a patination.
