A good quality unusual small tapered staved oak measure, having three copper engraved decorated bands. The central one has an initial H, crown and IV on each side. It is in the manner of a peg measure, and has a well turned fruitwood open handle to each side. The copper bands have attained a dull patination, but could be easily cleaned if one wanted to.
