An exceptionally well carved rectangular birch gingerbread mould depicting a king on horseback. It is inscribed on the reverse Banket-Bakkery Francois Nicola Taverne in Twello, GEI (a Dutch province of Gelderland) and branded three times H L. The whole retains a patination.
