Royal Worcester scent bottle. Coronation of George V, dated 1911.

Rare Royal Worcester porcelain scent bottle and stopper, dated June 22nd 1911. Made to commemorate the Coronation of King George V, and Queen Mary. Moulded with relief profiles of the couple, and Patriotic flowers to the reverse, beneath a laurel wreath collar to the neck. The border with further moulded Patriotic flowers.

Having a gilt bun shaped stopper, attached by a cork stopper.

Printed gilt factory mark.

Height – 7.5 cm, 3”.

Width – 5.2 cm, 2 1/8”.

Depth – 2.3 cm, 7/8”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
