The palette of natural dyes on this beautiful small size antique Heriz is wonderful with varying reds and terracotta tones, highlights of soft green and the lovely pale blues we see in the corner spandrel designs. The condition is very good all over with a sturdy wool pile and no stains or damage. We have professionally washed this carpet and it is a great small size antique carpet ideal for a study, hall, living or dining room.

Some draw influences from further north into the Caucasus and vivid colours like this particular carpet. A decorative yet practical carpet which has been used for over 100 years and stood the test of time.
