A rare eighteenth century silver flask with detachable cup made in 1797 by Peter and Ann Bateman of London.
The flask is of large size and is of excellent weight and condition. George III eighteenth century flasks are rare and this is a fine example by one of the periods most famous makers. The flask is fully marked to the base of the cup and correctly part marked to the body.
