A 15th or 16th century bronze wool weight with the Royal arms in relief, these were used with a leather strap through the hole which would have been placed over a beam to weigh the wool, which was one of the most important trades at the time. This one weighs 7lbs.
A similar example was sold Christie's in 2000 and a later example is in the V&A.
