A Good Quality Quartetto Nest Of Four Regency Period
Rosewood Coffee Tables Having Well Figured Tops With
Cock-Beaded Borders Raised On Elegant Turned Upright
Supports United By Square Cross Stretchers

(Nests of coffee tables were made from the early 19th century
and continue to be made to this day. By far the most common
antique nests of tables that are found however are late 19th, or
even early 20th century examples. Nests of tables manufactured
in the early 19th century versions are of course much rarer, and
normally of superior quality, therefore making them much more
sought after. They were of course manufactured in many different
types of wood. These tables have been constructed using good
rosewood with a nice figuring and it would only just have started
to become available in the British market place at this time. The
versatility which is offered with the varying sizes of tables is of
course most useful indeed and these tables are incredibly functional).
