Dame Laura Knight was an official war artist during WWII, and at the age of 68 was commissioned in January 1946 to paint the Nuremberg Trials for the British Government War Records.

This drawing shows the front row of prisoners/German war leaders in the dock. Seated left to right are Goring, Hess, Rippentrop and Keitel with Admiral Doenitz behind Goring.
