A very fine Prattware pottery oval shaped plaque made with a piercing at the top rim to facilitate hanging. The plaque is decorated with an image of a setter with ochre spots running over a colorful mottled ground above which are painted flowers and leaves in the typical prattware palette. The plaque is in exceptional condition and represents the best of its type.
Dated: 1800 England.
Dimensions: 6 inches high 7.5 inches long.
Current Condition: Fine unrestored condition.
