The charming complete set of coasters with their original gold box are named Gin, Rum, Sherry, Madeira, Port, Rhenish, Brandy, and Whiskey. Each coaster is printed in black and white and highlighted in gilt.
Mark: The name of the pattern-"Vini E Liquori" within a bottle shape. The Fornasetti hand and brush & Fornasetti Milano, Made in Italy. There are various other marks in gold and black for maker's marks.
Dimensions: individual coasters: 4 1/8 inches diameter x 1/4 inch high; Box 4 1/2 inches diameter x 3 inches high.
