A good quality, twentieth century pair of silvered bronze models of the 'Percheron Stallion Rhum and the Mare Messaline with Foal' by Herbert Haseltine (American, 1877-1962). These bronzes were cast by 1949. They have a silvered patina with gilded highlights and black undertones and are mounted on black marble bases which are signed 'HASELTINE'. The bronzes including the bases are 27cm and 23.5cm high.
