One piece silvered ogee arch dial with Roman numerals signed Payne 163 New Bond Street, London. Delicate blued steel open heart hands. 

Case

The brass bound ebonised case with flame finials and canted corners, glazed side windows with brass carrying handles above, the clock sits on beautiful cast brass Rococo feet.

Movement 

The eight day double fusee movement strikes the hours and the quarters on two bells.
