A Pair Napoleon III Gilt-Bronze And Porcelain-Mounted Ebonised Cabinets, 'Meubles à hauteur d'appui'.
Each with 'D'-shaped inset white marble top above a frieze applied to the front with a scrolled gilt-bronze mount. The central doors with a porcelain oval medallion finely painted en grisaille against a lapis blue ground with Venus, Cupid and attendants and held in place by a ribbon-tied and oak-leaf frame. The doors flanked by fluted pilasters headed by gilt-bronze busts of goddesses. The sides with musical trophies. The mahogany interior fitted with one adjustable shelf.
