A large pair of Japanese Imari vases, dating around 1700.
Decorated with Typical Imari palette: underglaze blue on white background
Overglaze with four large quatrefoil panels containing finely painted shishi lions
and blossoming branches and flowers in gold and iron red

Condition: both vases are in very good condition
Lamped and mounted on a hand carved and hand gilt wooden base,
fitted with antiqued brass plate with UK fittings, brown silk flex and black UK plug.
Can be converted for EU or US use. Lampshades are not included.
