A Pair Of Meissen Campagna Shaped Porcelain Snowball (Schneeball) Vases, circa 1860-70.
The campagna shaped vases after a model by Leuteritz are decorated with applied snowball blossom and yellow canaries, gilded leaves on gilded trailing stems with each blossom applied by hand.
These Meissen vases show the expertise of the Meissen manufacture.
