An extremely fine and rare pair of Adam period mahogany Torchères with dished circular tops supported on three sided, moulded-edge columns which are carved with graduated trailing husks to the reserves and tied halfway down with a looped ribbon carved band where the column splits into three legs forming a tripod base with scrolled toes and joined by a ring-turned circular disk stretcher
