A pair of fine quality George III silver wine coasters made in London in 1799 by Richard Cooke.
The coasters are beautifully plain in style with a reeded border to the upper and lower parts.
They still retain their original turned oak bases and are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks.
Richard Cooke entered his makers mark on the 28 June 1799 and was a very fine maker.
