Very important large inlaid cabinet designed by Owen Jones for Alfred Morrison.
This is the largest known piece of furniture designed by him. Made by Jackson & Graham, of various woods, including ebony, purpleheart, holly and sycamore, the glazing of the central upper part framed in gilt-bronze.
English Circa 1865-70.
