Omar Ramsden Goblet.
A fine example of work by this pre-eminent designer-silversmith from the end of the 19th/ beginning of the 20th century. The bowl engraved around with a dedication and date, in Roman numerals, 1924, hallmarked with Ramsden's 'OR', London, and the year mark 'h' for 1923, set upon a foot with a twisted wire edge rising to an acanthus leaf collar and central wrythen knop with three lion masks bosses. Engraved beneath 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT.
