Old Lacquer Kogo with Prunus Decoration.
Its shape representative of a prunus blossom, its ground closer to a gold ishime than to nashiji, the cover inlaid with prunus in inlays of aogai of a pink and green hue. The interior is red lacquered.
Unsigned. Probably 17th century, not later.
