A rare oak bookcase by Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann designed for the Paris University. 

In 1929 at the Salon des Artistes Decorateurs, Ruhlmann presented an apartment for a crown Prince of India, for the "Cite Universitaire", an ensemble designed for the young Maharajah of Indore.
