With a central diamond stud and eight oval stones of a ruby, an emerald, a cat's-eye, a moonstone, diamond, a garnet, a yellow sapphire, a blue sapphire, glass, slightly raised settings spaced by pairs of small diamond studs and floral filigree designs.
