A superb quality mid 19th century satinbirch wood Wellington type chest of unusually large proportions.
Having ten drawers and double locking pilasters, raised on original plinth base.
Stamped - " C Hindley and Sons ".
This charming chest of drawers is most unusual in terms of proportions, having a double bank of drawers and locking pilaster to each side.
It is a most useful and functional size indeed, the sort of size which looks a bit different and adds a bit of character to a room whilst remaining incredibly functional.
It is also quite exceptional quality and retains its original turned wooden knobs.
