A good quality mid 19th century mahogany Window Seat Hall Bench, having well figured rectangular top over elegant square tapered legs and stretchers.

A slightly different design to the norm with elegant square tapered legs rather than the more standard turned legs this bench is lovely quality & retains an excellent colour and patina.

It is very sturdy and solid and therefore very much fit for the variety of purposes it can be used for.

Whether you are looking for something underneath a window, along the wall in a narrow hallway, behind the settee, to perch on at the end of the bed, or even as a very narrow but low coffee table this lovely item ticks all of those boxes.
