The cupped pentagonal drip pan decorated to the underside with a band of triangular-shaped motifs above the cylindrical shaft engraved with lozenge-shaped decoration, the central knop decorated in blue enamel with repeating stylised foliate ornament, the trefoil base with conforming ornament on scroll feet.

Condition report

The surface of the metal oxidised and tarnished. The nut to the base possibly a later replacement. The tip of the pricket slightly bent to one side. Other than this wear and tear consistent with age and use.
