Mahogany long stool on square-moulded and champhered legs united by an H structure; the top with a moulded edge and inset with a panel of flame-stitch fabric with a glass top; fine quality condition and colour. Circa 1760
The stool is as bought with a plate glass top over a panel of fabric; it would be possible to convert back with an upholstered seat.
