The lock stamped ‘DUBOIS FT A PARIS’.
This fine cabinet has a rectangular top above a pair of cupboard doors centred by incredible gilt-bronze mounts depicting a vase issuing flowers, flanked by reclining figures and scrolling foliate devices. The doors are framed by fluted columns and the sides centred by gilt-bronze acanthus paterae.
