A Louis XVI Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Mahogany Console Desserte With a Grey Veined White Marble Top.
Of long proportions this fine console has a shaped grey veined white marble top above a frieze applied with finely cast gilt-bronze foliate mounts and fitted with three drawers. Below are three panelled cupboard doors flanked by fluted uprights and rounded sides with marble lined open shelves with gilt-bronze galleries and mirrored backs, above tapering legs and gilt-bronze caps.
