The Copenhagen firm of Lysberg & Hansen and later Lysberg, Hansen & Therp A/S, was an important Danish furniture maker and upholstery company holding both Danish and Swedish Royal Warrants.

Founded in 1841 by the saddler Arentz , it was taken over in 1879 by AJ Lysberg (1840-1901).  The company became Lysberg & Hansen in 1911, when cabinetmaker Waldemar Hansen joined the company and later in 1933 Lysberg, Hansen & Therp.  The company enjoyed continued success throughout the 20th century and was responsible for many important commissions including the decoration for the wedding of Princess Margrethe and Henri de Laborde de Montpezats in 1967.
