A Louis XV Ormolu-Mounted Brass and Green Horn Marquetry Striking Bracket Clock by Denis Gault, Paris Circa 1750.
Case: The green horn case inlaid with garlands of flowers in brass with elaborate ormolu mounts.
Clock : having a white enamel dial and separate enamel chapters for both minutes and hours inset into an ormolu band. With an 8 day movement and striking on the hour and half hour, signed on the back plate Gault Paris.
