A fine and rare silver tea caddy box made in Birmingham in 1920 by Liberty and Company.

The silver box has a pull off lid and is very much in the Arts and Crafts style.

It is very plain and alongside the hallmarks the Liberty registration mark 5692 is struck.

The box was probably made as a tea caddy but would be perfect for a dressing table or for many other purposes.

It is in excellent condition.
