A Liberty & Co designed pair of knife rests.
These lovely knife (chop stick!) rests are made by William Hair Haseler and are a known Liberty Cymric design. They are fully assayed for Birmingham 1904, with just one rest carrying the WHH makers mark.
I believe these to be an Oliver Baker design, or perhaps an adaptation of a Knox design. What makes these knife rests particularly attractive and unusual are the turquoise stones set in each pillar.
Condition is excellent and they are a good gauge of silver.
