Chinese 13th century small celadon jar.
Excellent colour and soapy green glaze. The glaze has been wiped clean around the base to stop sticking to grit while firing after glazing.
Small jars with small openings of this shape are a difficult jar for the potter to make.
Good flat base with a provenance label for Bluetts attached.
