A late 19th century English oak artist's easel by C Roberson* & Co, 99 Long Acre, London. Having a concealed storage drawer with a drop down cover, with full height and angle adjustment. The pine top can be fixed flat so it can also be used as a small table. Very good quality with original finish and condition throughout. English. Circa 1860
* The firm of Roberson and Co relocated from 51 to 99 Long Acre in 1853, under the ownership of Charles Roberson; establishing his company as one of the major firms of artists' suppliers.
