West Indian Satinwood Sideboard Cabinet.
A rare size in length of a typical design of the Sheraton period using the finest West Indian Satinwood - a cabinet of important scale and execution suggesting a London maker par excellence such as Gillows London.........Having two large doors revealing a capacious space probably intended for a collection of books -objects.
The scale suggesting a private commission is well balanced having the elegance of a smaller piece.
Note :- the excellent natural rich patination of the fine thick veneers.
Having a 19th century Verde Antico marble top .......another colour available if required.
