A large sterling silver water jug in the style of a Georgian beer jug by Wakeley and Wheeler. The water jug has a plain round bellied body with a scrolling handle and is raised on a pedestal foot. The water jug is clearly hallmarked under the foot for Wakeley and Wheeler, London, 1966.
