A large Silver plate carving trolley or Roast Beef trolley on four wheels with a hinged lid, which opens to the hot water plate and two compartments inside for accompaniments such as vegetables and gravy.
There is also an interior shelf for carving knives and other utensils. The trolley has two large handles, an underneath burner and a side hinged stand for the plates.
