A very good quality large French Napoleon III second Empire walnut dressing mirror on superb quality gilt brass paw feet circa 1860
An impressive dressing mirror of architectural form having a shaped pediment supported by finely tapered and fluted parcel gilt ring turned columns which hold an adjustable framed mirror.
The shaped base having a panelled edge is raised on extremely fine gilt brass lions paw feet.
This is a very elegant dressing mirror of good proportions having been restored using traditional methods with a new glass plate. French polished to all side so able to stand freely if needed.
