A very good quality mid 19th century Walnut Salon Stool of good proportions.
Having rectangular drop-in seat, above carved and moulded frame, raised on elegant carved cabriole legs.
A good size stool in good condition, this is particularly sturdy and could be used in a variety of different places around the home, including possibly as a coffee table.
The seat is of the drop-in type, making it easy and inexpensive to have recovered should you so wish.
