painted to the centre with stylized pomegranate tree with fruit and foliage with two small saplings growing beside it.
the rim is painted with fruiting vines trailing their Fruit from leafy branches and a fruiting spray of pomegranates
The underside of the cavetto is painted three fruiting sprays and the base is painted with a double circle around a six character Cheng H'ua mark which is obviously apocryphal
